Beatrice A. deHebreard

Beatrice A. deHebreard, 89, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 10, 2023, at home, surrounded by her loving family. Beatrice was born to the late Thomas & Beatrice O’Brien on October 23, 1934, in Indianapolis. Beatrice graduated from Saint Agnes High School and went on to marry the love of her life, Jerome deHebreard on June 5, 1954, at St. Patrick’s Church. Beatrice was compassionate and always put others before herself. She had an infectious smile, and her sarcasm and funny sense of humor was loved and enjoyed by all. She loved to travel and volunteer her time helping those less fortunate. When she was younger she enjoyed bowling and volunteering at church functions and school events with her children and grandchildren.

Beatrice is survived by her children; Dennis deHebreard, Michelle M. (Steve) Alting, Annmarie (Greg) Thomas,  grandchildren; Rachel (Damon) Ashman, Rhiannon Williams, Sarah deHebreard, Jonathan deHebreard, Tyler (Shelby Weinke) ) Alting and Landon Alting, along with 7 great-grandchildren and 1 ½  great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers; Jim & Jack (Betty) O’Brien.

Beatrice is preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years; Jerome deHebreard, son; Mark T. deHebreard, daughter-in-law; Barbara deHebreard, brother; Tom O’Brien and sister-in-law; Mary Ann O’Brien.

Beatrice’s Life Celebration® visitation will be Thursday, November 16, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at O’Riley – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, 6107 S. East Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227.  Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 PM, in the funeral home. Burial will be immediately following at Calvary Cemetery in Indianapolis.
