Carol Ann Gudino, 74, Greenwood, passed away April 20, 2021. Carol was born January 2, 1947, in South Bend, Indiana, to the late Raymond and Alma (Cyr) Schramm.
She graduated from Riley High School in South Bend in 1966 and earned an Associate Degree from Indiana Central College. While living in Clinton, Indiana, she worked as a librarian at the Clinton Public Library for several years. Carol enjoyed reading, gardening, and working outside. Her favorite hobby always involved her family – she was happiest when she was around her loved ones. A strong Catholic, Carol will be fondly remembered for her ability to make others feel welcome and her tender, loving nature.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Schramm and a sister, Rita Rodino.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Lou Gudino; children, Lisa (Bill) Minor, Lou (Dana) Gudino, and Dana (Dustin) Kesler; brother, Tom (Sue) Schramm; grandchildren, Amanda Minor, Dalton Minor, Cole Kesler, and Conner Kesler.
Friends and family will gather Saturday, April 24, 2021, 10 to 11 a.m., in the Narthex at SS. Francis and Clare Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to National Ataxia Foundation, https://www.ataxia.org/.
