Cindi Lynn Sams

Cindi Lynn Sams, 66, of Greenwood, passed away on November 15, 2023, surrounded by her children and loved ones. Cindi was born to Max & Jean Valentine in Whiteland, Indiana on September 2, 1957. Cindi played many roles for many people in her life. She always seemed to know what each individual needed at any given time. An absolutely beautiful soul, Cindi always showed up and had a knack for being exactly where she was wanted and needed at all the right times. Cindi was a beautiful, sassy, spunky, stubborn, firecracker and fun-loving momma. She had a passion for nursing and was an RN at Franciscan Health for many years. She enjoyed being around the water, soaking up the sun, and loved country music.

Cindi is survived by her children; Sam Weeden and Emma (Mike) Haupt and Natalie Harding, father of her children; Daniel Weeden, partner; Gary Rhodes, mother; Jean Jacobs, grandchildren; Dylan Bramlett, Landon Harding and Laynie Haupt and sisters; Kathy (Matt) Springman and Krista (Bob) Wilson.

Cindi was preceded in death by her father; Max Valentine.

Cindi’s Celebration of Life Service will be scheduled by her family in the near future.
