Clarence “Joe” Kesler, 74, of Indianapolis, passed away May 27, 2021. Joe was born in Spokane, Washington, on December 28, 1946, to the late Fred and Katherine Kesler.
He graduated from Washington High School in Indianapolis. Joe was a jack of all trades, a story teller, and a jokester. He enjoyed listening to 50's music, motorcycles, playing with his dogs, and working with his hands. He was very loyal to his family and many friends. Joe's memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
Joe is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Sandra (Johnson) Kesler; children Sandra Long, Troy (Anjela) Hines, and Jody Kesler; grandchildren, Brandi (Adam) Sims, Travis Long, Sierra Long, Emily Hines, Dillon Hines, and Mackenzie Hines; great grandson, Emmett Sims; brother, Charlie Kesler; sister, Peggy Hodge. He was preceded in death by his brother, Fred Kesler and sister, Robin Riddle.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 1, 2021, 11 a.m. 2 p.m., at O’Riley Funeral Home, 6107 S. East St. Indianapolis. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Round Hill Cemetery. Visit www.ORileyFuneralHome.com to share a favorite memory or to sign the guest registry.
