Edwin "Eddie" Edmonds

Edwin E. Edmonds, 46, of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, February 8, 2018 at his home. Born in Indianapolis on April 19, 1971, Eddie was the son of Charles William and Sandra J. (Burton) Edmonds.

He was self employed as a sub-contractor for many years. Eddie enjoyed life to the fullest, and had the ability to make everyone in the room laugh. He loved to have fun, and enjoyed music; his favorite artist was the great Bosephus.

Eddie is preceded in death by his mother, Sandra J. (Burton) Honeycutt.

Survivors include his father and step-mother, Charles and Rita Edmonds of Greenwood; his three children, Tearra Turner of Indianapolis, Tessa (Justin Wiley) Edmonds of Indianapolis, and Austin B. Edmonds of Indianapolis; his two brothers, Charlie (Michelle) Edmonds of Indianapolis, and Andy Edmonds of Indianapolis; his sister, Jenny (Larry) Turner of Indianapolis; and his grandson, James Wiley.

Family and friend will gather to celebrate the life of Eddie Edmonds from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the Daniel F. O’Riley Funeral Home, 6107 S.
