Gone too soon, Baby Jessie is survived by her parents, Robert and Lea Mullins; her big brother Maxton Mullins; maternal grandparents, Bob and Linda Perry; paternal grandparents, Johnny and Donna Mullins; aunts and uncles Tesa Diaz, Shannon Mullins, Jeff and Cassie Mullins; and a cousin Emily Mullins.
