Karen J. Wright

Karen J. Wright, 79, passed away November 23, 2021. She was born in Oriole, Indiana November 24, 1941, to the late Burke and Gladys (Esarey) Sweat. Karen worked for Schreckengast, Lovern, & Helm Attorney’s as a receptionist and then worked for 17 years with Center Grove Schools as a Media assistant in the Library. Karen loved to play Euchre, traveling, watching the Colts play and especially spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter Angela (Brian) Wilkinson and Son Chris (Denise) Wright, grandchildren Allison (Ricky) Schwartz, Audrey (Keiffer) Williams, Mitchell (Madeline) Wilkinson and Lauren Wilkinson and great-grand daughter Samantha.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Wright.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 26, 2021, from 4-7pm at O’Riley Funeral Home, 6107 S. East St. Indianapolis, IN. 46227. Prayers will be held at the funeral home on Saturday November 27, 2021 at 10am, with A Mass of Christian Burial taking place at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 900 E.
