Marian Patricia McClure

Marian Patricia McClure, 79, Indianapolis, passed away Monday, July 18, 2016. She was born in 1937 in Wildwood, PA to George F. and Helen Sofran Berzonski. Marian was a graduate of Hampton Township High School in PA and completed training as a medical secretary. She worked at Conrail for 30 years as a clerk before retiring. Marian was a former president and active board member of the National Association of Railway Business Women, a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, and was a volunteer with the Salvation Army. Marian was preceded in death by her husband, George A. McClure Sr; and her brothers, George F. and Edward Berzonski. She is survived by her children, George A. McClure Jr. (Alice), and Marianne Welch (Dwayne); grandchildren, Noah and Alex Welch; sisters, Catherine Fritz, Veronica Lee. Visitation will be Thursday, July 21, 2016 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. in Daniel F. O'Riley Funeral Home with a funeral service being held on Friday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
