Mary E. Williams

Mary E. Williams passed away on January 20, 2019 in Indianapolis surrounded by her family. Mary was born on October 25, 1930 to the late James and Mary (Kaden) Mullooly in Weston, West Virginia. On February 19, 1954 Mary was united in marriage to the late Walter E. Williams.

Mary was a registered nurse at both Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati and St. Francis Hospital in Beech Grove. Mary also tutored grade school students in Perry Township and at St. Roch Catholic School for several years. A devout Catholic, Mary attended St. Roch Catholic Church where she was an active member of the women’s club. Mary will be remembered as a devoted wife and mother.

Along with her parents and husband, Mary is preceded in death by her siblings, James Mullooly, John Kaden Mullooly, Jean Siener, Theresa Mullooly, and Sr. Katie Mullooly.

Survivors include her children, Cathy (Tom Conley) Henninger, Anne (Dave) Okerson, Patty (Tim) Luttrell, and John (Mary Lou) Williams; grandchildren Jonathan, Emily, Michael, Patrick, and Joseph.

Family and Friends will gather to celebrate Mary’s life on Friday, January 25, 2019 at St. Roch Catholic Church, 3600 Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis from 11:00 A.M. until 12:30 P.M. with the Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 12:30 P.M. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to St. Roch Catholic School or to Mt.
