Melissa Dawn Wiley

Melissa Dawn “Missy” Wiley, 46, Indianapolis, passed away September 27, 2017. Missy was born July 17, 1971, in Indianapolis, to James Ronald Isham and Sandra K. (Mitchner) Isham, who survive.

She enjoyed reading, camping and was a movie enthusiast. Missy was an avid fan of NCIS and Law & Order. She loved her pets, especially her dog, Pinnie and her cats, Olivia and Captain Janeway. Above all, Missy was strongly devoted to her family; she loved to spend time with her grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She will be fondly remembered as a loving, wife, mother, and daughter.

Survivors include her husband of 13 years, Rick Wiley; children, Nicholas (Felicia) Isham, Michael C. Wallace III (Jarod Wilkerson), and Alissa Wallace (Brittany); parents, James Ronald Isham and Sandra K. (Mitchner) Isham; brother, Ronald F. Isham; sister, Rebeca Hernandez; grandchildren, James Ronald Isham III, Leilani and Jacob.

Friends and family will gather from 4 to 7 p.m., Monday, October 2, 2017, in the Daniel F. O’Riley Funeral Home, 6107 S. East Street, Indianapolis. The funeral service to celebrate Missy’s life will begin at 7 p.m. All are encouraged to wear purple to honor and remember Missy's life.
