Michael A. Mayer

Michael A. Mayer, 62, of New Whiteland, passed away on July 31, 2019 at his home. Michael was born on November 28, 1956 to the late James Joseph Mayer and Rhee Marie Sandeland in West Allis, Wisconsin. On November 23, 2014 Michael was united in marriage to his loving wife, Robin Gounder who survives.

Michael proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. After serving in the Air Force he had multiple jobs, including bartending and working at a funeral home. Michael loved to fish as well as watch movies and T.V. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Along with his wife, survivors include his siblings, Dianna Warren, Julie Muschalek, and Randy (Sherry) Mayer.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 from 2:00 - 4:00 P.M. at the Daniel F. O'Riley Funeral Home, 6107 South East Street, Indianapolis.
