Pamela Jo Lohman, a cherished member of the community, passed away on April 11, 2024, in Fishers, Indiana. She was born on October 22, 1957, in her beloved hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana. Pamela's journey on this earth was marked by an unwavering passion for knowledge and a deep-rooted commitment to education.
After graduating from Warren Central High School, Pamela pursued her academic aspirations at Indiana University. Armed with a thirst for learning, she embarked on a 23-year-long career as an accountant at Shiel Sexton Company. Her dedication and expertise left an indelible mark on all those she worked with over the years.
Pamela's vibrant personality shone brightly in all aspects of her life. Renowned for her intelligence and insatiable curiosity, she was constantly seeking to broaden her horizons through reading and exploration. An ardent supporter of sports, Pamela found particular joy in cheering for the Indiana University Basketball & Football teams.
Beyond her professional achievements and academic pursuits, Pamela found solace and joy in various hobbies and interests. An avid reader with a genuine love for literature, she also adored indulging in the comedic brilliance of shows like Seinfeld and The Office. Her infectious sense of humor endeared her to many and left a lasting impact wherever she went.
In the hearts of those who knew her best, Pamela will forever be remembered as a beacon of light and inspiration. She touched the lives of many with her kindness, wisdom, and unwavering spirit. Her memory will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Pamela is preceded in death by her loving parents Joseph & Betty Lohman.
In honoring Pamela's rich life and legacy, a Memorial Service will be held on April 27, 2024, at Calvary Cemetery in Indianapolis. The service will commence at 10:00 AM to celebrate the profound impact that Pamela had on all those fortunate enough to have known her.
