Paul D. Griner

Paul Dean Griner, born to Charles and Mabel (Stockdale) Griner on April 18, 1931, passed away on April 20, 2016 at the age of 85. Paul was a long time employee as warehouse superintendent of National Tea Company (Standard Grocery) and manager of LaQuinta Inn. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Charles and Dick Griner; and his sisters, Valera Driesbach, Rosie Edmonds and Katie Meador. Paul is survived by his wife, Imogene Griner; children, Donna Maynard, Steve (Dottie) Griner, Patty (Jeff) Peirce, Beverly (Austin) Stretch, Tom (Sandy Ziebold) Griner; grandchildren, Tonya (Rodney) Allen, Chad (LeeAnn) Griner, Rhiannon Maynard, Allison Griner, Michael Griner, Kyle Stretch and Drake Ziebold; great grandchildren, Miranda, Samantha and Rachel Allen, and Chance and Gavin Griner; siblings, Bob (Diane) Griner, Shirley Eustace, Carolyn Taylor; 7 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 11 a.m. in Daniel F. O'Riley Funeral Home, 6107 S. East St. (US Hwy 31 South), Indianapolis, IN 46227. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Friday from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, 620 W.
