Shirley Ann (Golding) Keller, 86, Lincolnshire, Illinois, formerly a long-time resident of Indianapolis, passed away on Monday, February 27, 2017. Mrs. Keller was born in 1930 in Evansville, Indiana.
She met her husband Charles Keller in 1951 which led to a marriage of 64 years, during which they were apart no more than a single weekend. She and Charlie were avid bird watchers and square dancers throughout most of their adult life. As a resident of Indianapolis, she was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church.
Shirley is survived by her husband Charlie; son, Timothy (Pamela) Keller; daughter, Bernadette (Kevin) Caraher; grandchildren, Christopher (Madeleine) Keller, Corinne, Matthew, and Lauren.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, March 4, 2017, in St. Mark Catholic Church. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., Friday, March 3, 2017, in the Daniel F. O’Riley Funeral Home, 6107 S. East Street (US Hwy 31 South), where morning prayers will be said at 11 a.m. Saturday, prior to Mass. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
