Thomas Alvin Blankman

Thomas Alvin Blankman, 66, joined his father, mother, and sister in Heaven April 27, 2016. Although he did not have a career, throughout his life he was the provider of laughter, the teacher of joy, the light of the family, and the recipient of generosity and compassion. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his nephew and nieces, Earle Benton Tackitt IV, Carmen Tackitt, Jennifer Tackitt-Dorfmeyer, Preston Dorfmeyer, Amy Tackitt-Benkert and Aaron Benkert; as well as eight great-nieces.
A celebration will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. in Daniel F. O’Riley Funeral Home, 6107 S. East Street (US Hwy 31 South), Indianapolis, IN 46227.
