William John Alderson Jr.

William John Alderson Jr. of New Whiteland, died at Franciscan Health Hospital on March 28, 2022. He was born on August 24, 1952, in Indianapolis, Indiana to William John and Irene Bowman Alderson.
He was an ironworker for Hugh J. Baker and after retirement, he worked as a driver for Advance Auto.

William loved driving his Harley and had a passion for horses. He just recently remodel his home into a log cabin home. You could find William doing karaoke where he was the "King" of karaoke, his dream was getting a farm in the country and raising horses.

William was a member of Vineyard Church where he was a prayer warrior, a member of the Greenwood Moose lodge.

William is survived by his wife Carolyn Scott Alderson, children Amanda Ann Alderson, William John Alderson III, Jason William Alderson, Andrew William Alderson. Luke Aaron Lewellen, Joshua Paul Lewellen, sisters Nora Hall, Sharon Noel, Katherine Muse, grandchildren Cassy Powell, Sierra Stewart, Dominic Stewart, Jason Alderson JR., Mason Alderson, William Alderson IV, Christopher Alderson, Autumn Lewellen, Corbin Lewellen, Summer Lewellen, L.J. Lewellen, Lillian Brown and 5 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Patricia Wagner, brothers Kenneth Alderson Sr., Jimmy Alderson.

A Celebration of William’s Life will be held at a later date. He will be remembered as a loving, kind, always putting others first, and a man of faith, and a man who loved his family.
