William Lloyd Seiver, Jr., “Billy”, 52, of Indianapolis, passed away suddenly at his residence on January 2, 2022. Billy was born on November 26, 1969, to the late William Lloyd Seiver, Sr. and Linda (Stang) Mohler.
Billy graduated from Blackford High School in Hartford City, Indiana in the class of 1988, where he wrestled and was on the cheerleading squad. He went on to attend college and graduate from Temple University, Tyler School of Art, in 1995 with an Art degree. Billy was fortunate enough to attend an art university in Italy for two years. A talented artist, Billy could create anything from an oil painting to a tattoo. His artistic ability led him to become a graphic designer, most recently with Image 360 for the past two years.
Billy loved to be outdoors. He enjoyed camping, particularly anywhere near hiking trails or a lake. On his nature hikes and walks, Billy was always taking photos of trees, birds, animals, and the outdoors in general to share with friends; he was a true nature-lover. Billy enjoyed sports and following teams such as the Purdue Boilermakers, Dallas Cowboys, and the Indianapolis Colts and Pacers. Spending time with his dogs, watching IndyCar racing and camping at the Indy500 every year, geocaching with his beloved partner, Susan, and spending time with his granddaughter, Aniston, were all things Billy loved to do.
Along with his father, Billy was preceded in death by his stepfather, Fred Mohler.
Survivors include his partner of 22 years, Susan Baker; his mother, Linda (Stang) Mohler; his birth mother, Leonna Salsman; siblings, Russell (Toni) Streelman, Ronald Seiver (Julie Hustava), Richard Seiver (Shelly Strine), and Dodi Seiver (Geoff Pye); canine companion, Buddy; a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family members.
