Johann Victoria Garcia, 21, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 20, 2024. Johann was born on August 9, 2002, in Acapulco, Mexico, to Esteban Victoria & Dalia Garcia. Johann was a graduate of Lawrence North High School and was currently a senior at Marian University where he was studying Exercise Science. He was passionate about playing rugby, living a healthy lifestyle and rarely missed a day working out at Indy City Barbell. Johann married the love of his life, Neveah, on October 14, 2022. Johann was very creative and enjoyed drawing, music and building Legos. He could often be found gaming late at night with his loyal four-legged companion Kiri by his side. Johann was the happiest when he was spending time with his family.
Johann is survived by his loving wife; Nevaeh Phemster, parents; Esteban Victoria & Dalia Garcia, siblings; Claudia (Eric) Serrano, Jesus (Andrea) Rico, Itzel Victoria and Karla Victoria, mother-in-law; Angela (Darin) Willis, father-in-law; Christopher (Rebecca) Phemster, brothers-in-law; Matthew Phemster & William Phemster and sisters-in-law; Vivian Popcheff & Victoria Popcheff.
Johann’s Life Celebration® Visitation will be held at O’Riley Branson Funeral Service and Crematory at 6107 South East Street, Indianapolis, Indiana on Thursday, February 22, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 7 p.m. Funeral Service will begin immediately following at 7:00 p.m. A private family burial will take place on Friday, February 23, 2024.

For the short period of time I was able to become friends with Johann he was as genuine as they came. He was always one to bring energy and put smiles on his peers faces. I am glad I was able to share the rugby pitch with him. Thoughts and prayers to all family and friends of Johann.
