To my other family,
Our deepest sympathy for all of the family. I have so many fond memories of Jean. She always got upset with me for calling her Della. Honestly, I really liked that name so, I enjoyed it, probably a little too much.
She’s been a part of my life for over 50 years, and my life would not have been the same without her.
She usually had a smiling face and that spunky attitude. But,she wasn’t afraid of anyone and they better be ready to listen to her. She wasn’t afraid to put me in my place either. But she never stopped putting up with me and didn’t stop loving me like one of her own.
I know she’s in a much happier place. No more pain, drama and just life’s everyday challenges. She’s now with all those that have gone before her.
Della will always be my other mother and I’m honored to have had her there over all this time.
Rest in peace my friend.
Love Michele
