Hurley (Parker), daughter Brianna R. Mitchner (Josh), son Logan M. Hurley and his mother, Wanda J. Hurley. Phil is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Loved Ones. A few words from Kristin:

Phil was an outspoken straight shooter. In his 62 years on this earth, he made many friends, and perhaps even a few enemies. Inside that tough exterior though, was a very kind, compassionate, caring and loving man. A man that would fight for His People and had unconditional faith in his Maker.

Phil was not a Saint, by any means – really, none of us are. In fact, he wanted to leave everyone with “I was an asshole” but no matter what, he was My Asshole. Through it all, he has been my Best Friend, my Confidante, my Rock and My Love. Lost, but not forgotten, and missed every day already.

  1. Phil initially puzzled me with his unique character; however, when we truly got to know each other, he quickly became one of my favorite patients. He was funny, thoughtful and kind. I always looked forward to our visits and I miss that unique character already!!
