Beverly Ann Young

Beverly Ann Young, 64, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 26, 2021 at Franciscan Health Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on January 19, 1957 in Indianapolis to the late Robert D. and Patricia (Harris) Young. Beverly graduated from Roncalli High School in the class of 1976; she went on to attend IUPUI and the University of Indianapolis. Beverly was Registered Nurse for St. Francis Hospital for 15 years.
Beverly was a devoted member of Good Shepard Catholic Church. She loved listening to music and spending time with her family. Despite her health issues, Beverly always faced them courageously; her brave approach while facing adversity was admirable. She will be greatly missed by all of those who loved her.
Along with both of her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by siblings, Michael T. and Eric D. Young.
Survivors include her siblings, Michelle Young, Walter (Jennifer) Young and Robert “Tony” (Angela) Young; nieces and nephews , Stephanie Young, David Young, Marcus Young, Ashley Robinson, Alanna Willis, Andrew Young, Celeste Young, Amargha Young, godmother to Parker, Piper, Pryor Bailey; and good friends Belinda and David Prater, and their children Kara and Maimai.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of Beverly Wednesday Jan. 5, 2021 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. in Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 2905 Carson Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana. 46203. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 P.M. In the church. Entombment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Indianapolis. In lieu of flowers, Beverly requested memorial contributions be made to the Arthritis Foundation or the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate.
