  1. Mary and family, so sorry for your loss. He was a great guy. Thinking of you.
    Love, Doug and Carrie Orman

  2. From the pictures that I seen, I knew that it probably wouldn’t be long. But still stunned when I found out my dear friend had passed. He always seemed like one of the strongest people that I knew..My Thoughts and deep prayers are with those that He left behind.

  3. So sorry to hear this. We enjoyed square dancing with Dean and Mary.

Steve, Karen, Stefany, and Daniel Boleyn

  4. I’m known Dean all of my life. Living across the street on Tolls Lane. Playing football in Farvers field. Watching Dean run barefoot down the road. I had the biggest crush on him when I was a young girl. I love the whole family. Me and Darlene and Scotty with Dennis and Junior. You all are in my thoughts and prayers 🙏. I don’t get back home much anymore. But I keep all of my dear friends always in my heart.

  5. Mary, so sorry for your loss. I enjoyed working and being around Dean all through my days of working with him at Covanta. He always seemed to be up beat and in good spirits. Wishing you and the family all the best. Prayers & thoughts are with you & family. Kathy & I unfortunately will be away next week on vacation and will not be able to pay our respects. Please know that you & family are in our prayers.

  6. My Uncle Dean was an extraordinary man, simple in the best way, but unforgettable to anyone who met him. He had a gift for keeping the room light, always full of laughter. I have so many cherished memories with Uncle Dean and his family from spending the summer with him in Indy to the way I’d run into his arms at family gatherings, knowing he’d scoop me up and “fly” me around Mamaw’s living room.

He made you feel special just by being himself, and his presence was a constant source of joy. Uncle Dean wasn’t just loved, he was felt deeply in every space he entered. Praying for you Mary, April and Brian

  7. I’m so sorry for your loss. I enjoyed working with him at Covanta. He always was always upbeat and in good spirits.

  8. Such a great spirited and all around good person. The world definitely needs more Deans…
