Lori Ann Roessler

59, of Indianapolis, passed away on July 5, 2022, after a short battle with cancer. Lori was born in Rushville, Indiana to the late Walter and Phyllis King on May 22, 1963. Lori worked at Indiana Members Credit Union for over 30 years and wore many hats during her career. She was most recently working in the Call Center. Lori loved to sing and play guitar. She was quick witted and loved to dance. Lori enjoyed spending time in South Haven, Michigan, also known as “Rolo Soha” in the family 5th wheel with her husband, Ronnie. She was an animal lover and worked with many Animal Rescue Associates in fostering dogs. She loved to travel with her sister Michele and her nieces and nephews. She was always up for an adventure! She was a “Fashionista”. She always kept up with the latest trends and also loved Interior Decorating. Lori’s circle was small and if you were lucky enough to be included in it, you know she loved hard.

Lori is survived by her loving husband of 15 years; Ronnie Roessler, fur babies; Wylie & Winnie, Siblings; Jeff (Jennifer) King, Michele (Jeff) Maddox and Pam (Willie) King-Rice, mother & father-in-loves; Ronald (Sandy) Roessler and Judy (Henry Friend) Taulman, nieces & nephews; Josh (Amy) Maddox, Brandon (Bunny) Maddox, Michael Roessler, Jon Clayton, Jaden King, Skylar Roessler and Shelby Roessler, along with 11 great nieces and nephews and brother-in-law; Mike (Holly) Roessler.

She is preceded in death by her brother; Rick Montgomery and her fur baby; “Poppy”.

Visitation will be held at O’Riley-Branson Life Celebration Home on Sunday, July 10, 2022 from 12:00pm-3:00pm. A Celebration of Lori’s life will be immediately following at 3:00pm in the Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers it was Lori’s wish that you make a donation to a charity that is near and dear to your heart.

  1. Lori was a great friend and support after I lost my beloved dog Charlie a few years ago. I will never forget how kind she was during those hard times. She will be truly missed.

  2. My thoughts and prayers are with the family of Lori. Every time I spoke with her, she’d say “Hey Girl” in that raspy voice. She will be missed here at IMCU. I hope she’s resting in the arms of our Saviour.

  5. Lori was a kind, loving, funny and caring person. I always enjoyed talking to her or working at the eastside branch on saturdays with her many years ago. You and your family are in my thought and prayers. God Bless

  13. I worked with Lori at our Stop 11 branch and she was always loving with her co workers and had a huge heart ❤️ she made work a fun loving environment and would have me laughing at her antics. Even after she went to member services she would still ask about the family and how we were doing. She has touched so many lives and I am blessed to be one of them. My thoughts and prayers are with Ronnie and family in this difficult time ߙ

  14. Lori is someone I’ve always looked up to, even though I’m a month older. I’m crushed for her loved ones and everyone that knew her.. Such a beautiful loss. I’m praying for everyone. I was watching the video, It is such a beautiful video.
