Mrs. Dugan always welcomed me into the Dugan home and treated me like I was one of her own. She was always sweet and happy even with a house full of teenagers. Heaven just received a wonderful angel.
What a beautiful life dedicated to faith and family. We love you.
We send our love and prayers to all of you.

I am a fortunate son. Mrs. Barbara Dugan is and will always be my Godmother.
With heartfelt condolences,
We are so sorry for your loss! Aunt Barbara was my favorite aunt. I have such great memories of her. She was not only kind but one of the most humble and selfless people I knew. She always put others before herself. She was truly an amazing amazing person and I am honored to have been able to call her my aunt. She will be missed terribly by her family. She was the rock of her family. Fly high aunt Barbara you will be missed. Sincerely your nephew Nick and Julie Vogel and kids, Tammy, Sherry and Nicholas
So sorry for your loss. Thinking of you all and sending much love.
Ann, I am so very sorry to hear about your mother’s passing. My heart is just aching for you as I can empathize with your sorrow. May God turn your grief into peace. Lori Doyle
Although I never had the privilege of knowing Barbara personally, I’ve known her son Joe for almost 15 years. It’s said that the golden rule of parenting is to show your children the kind of person you want them to be. Joe is a man of great character, integrity, faith and humor. My heart is with him and the rest of the Dugan family as they celebrate the life of his mother. 2 Corinthians 4:17, NIV: “For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.”
What a lovely lady Barbara was! She was always the same and was the most caring person I’ve ever met. Her husband Tom was in practice with my father Herman Echsner for many many years. She was the ultimate example of a saint on earth and I admired her so much. She will be missed. Thoughts and prayers go out to all the Dugans at this very difficult time!
So sorry to hear of your mom’s passing, Anne. Now she will be with your dad and brother in heaven.
Anne, may your heart be lightened by your faith trusting that your mom is at peace and praying for you. With love and prayers, Debbie, Dan & Mike
We send our love and prayers to the Dugan family.
My dearest Sister, I will forever love you!
So sorry about your mom. I would hate to think what Circle Terrace would have been without her. One of the neighborhood moms. That is what gives us roots. Chris Belding
The entire Dugan Family holds a special place in our memories. Mrs. Dugan was one the kindest people we could ever hope to have in our lives. Our hearts go out to the family at this most challenging time. Greg & Lissa Fischer

What a wonderful loving person, heaven gained an angel. Aunt Barb we will miss you and await the day we see you again. You gave me such strength.
Prayers Aunt Rita
I had the opportunity to meet Barb when we both played in a women’s tennis group at the Tipton Lakes Athletic Club. What a sweet and lovely woman she was and a joy to play with or against on the court. Someone special has been lost . My sympzathy is extended to the family at this sad time.
What a beautiful mom and sister Barbara was! I have been friends with her daughter, Anne for over 20 years and only met Barbara a couple of times when she visited her daughter Anne in Cincinnati but her faith and love shone through. Most recently I had the honor to pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet with her over the phone. It was Barbara and Anne’s daily 3pm habit to pray the Chaplet together over the phone. What an incredible role model for motherhood! Perhaps without her even realizing it, Barbara’s faith has directly impacted hundreds of men and women in Cincinnati and beyond. Her love for Jesus and Mary was passed on to her daughter Anne who over the years developed a ministry that taught and nurtured True Devotion to Mary. All of us in TDM are grateful to Barbara and will pray for her and ask her to watch over us, her spiritual sons and daughters.
Aunt Barbara was my husband Paul’s aunt. He passed away suddenly this past February and Aunt Barbara was quick to reach out with kind words and prayers it meant so much. She was a kind and giving soul and she will be missed beyond words. Sahil hi to Paul. Sending my love.
I am so sorry and sad in the passing of your beloved mother. She was always so radiant as in the beautiful video. I would feel a sense of joy when seeing her at Mass. Her holy aura was inspiring. How glorious her Christmas was to be with our Heavenly Father and your dear dad. You Dugan children were truly among my most favorite student during the four years I was a teacher’s aid at old St. Bartholomew School. May God bless you all! Judy Johnson
