Jennifer Mary Dean, 37, of Indianapolis, passed away suddenly at her home on June 29, 2020. Jennifer was born in Long Beach, California on September 25, 1982 to David and Mary (Hodge) Dean.
Jennifer attended Little Flower for grade school and Scecina Memorial High School. A caring person, Jennifer enjoyed taking great care of her nieces. She was an excellent teacher and example to them. Jennifer was an animal lover with a creative mind; she loved to make arts and crafts. Jennifer’s sweet personality will be very missed by all of her friends and family.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her father, David Dean, II and brother, David Dean, III.
Survivors include her parents, Mary Dean (companion, Richard Black); her maternal grandparents, Frannie (Jeff) Lyford; beloved nieces Lily and Zoe Dean; fiancé, Jon Hawley; and a host of extended family members.
Visitation will be held Sunday, July 5, 2020 from 2:00 – 6:00 PM in the O’Riley Funeral Home, 6107 South East Street, Indianapolis. The funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM on Monday, July 6, 2020 in the funeral home. Jennifer will be buried in New Crown Cemetery next to her brother.
