Susan M. Jahn, 65, passed away September 27, 2021 at her residence. Susan was born August 1, 1956 in Indianapolis, IN to Mary Osburn and the late Raymond Osburn.
Susan had worked for various South side of Indianapolis nursing homes over the years.
She is survived by her husband Dan Jahn, a daughter Emily Jahn (Chad Fowler), mother Mary Osburn, sisters, Karen Woods (Larry), Sharon Boldt (Duane), Patricia Stewart (John) and brother Terrence Osburn (Marilyn) along with several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will held Sunday October 3, 2021 from 4-6pm at O’Riley Funeral Home 6107 S. East St. Indianapolis, IN 46227 and Monday October 4, 2021 from 9:30-10:30 am at the funeral home.
A Mass of Christian Burial be conducted Monday October 4, 2021 at 11:00 am St. Mark Catholic Church 535 E Edgewood Ave Indianapolis, IN 46227. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org. To place an online memory please visit www.OrileyFuneralHome.com
