Adelaide Lillian Daly

99, of Indianapolis, passed away on June 9, 2023. Adelaide was born in Brooklyn, New York to the late Bert and Adelaide Stewart on August 31, 1923. Adelaide loved to travel with friends and family. She especially enjoyed Paradise Island and Aruba. In her younger years she loved to crochet and cross stitch. She loved spending time with family and couldn’t get enough of her grandchildren. She was very involved in the local AARP group in New York. Adelaide was “one in a million”, who shared her loving kindness with everyone.

Adelaide is survived by her sons; Kenneth R. (Jeri) Daly and Keith T. (Beverly) Daly, grandchildren; Kelly (Craig) Schroyer, Christopher (Jessica) Daly, Korey (Tracy) Daly, Craig (Ashley) Daly and Kasey Daly and great grandchildren; Kraig, Kassidy, Cole, Camryn, Evan, Luke, Clark, Kohen, Kendal, Christian, Kaden and Shyanne.

Adelaide is preceded in death by her loving husband; Lawrence Daly and brother; Raymond Stewart.

A Celebration of Adelaide’s Life will be held at a later date.
