  9. Playing Euchre over the Holidays with mom, Leah and my Aunt Anita will always make me smile. She was never being scared to say, “Pick it up, I am going alone.”

  10. Anita was the kindest, most wonderful person a person could ever meet! She NEVER had a bad word to come out of her mouth about anyone! Her passing breaks my heart. What does dry my tears a little is that she has already been greeted by Paige and Dick and is now being held in the Arms of our Lord and Savior!!! I’m praying for your family’s peace!

  11. Anita’s humor is what I fondly think of. She could make a comment with a very straight face and I’m laughing like crazy at what she said. God loves a good sense of humor Anita, rest in peace friend.

  13. Our dear Aunt, You were always so sweet to us, and never failed to make others laugh. Your kind words will not be forgotten. Love you always 3

  14. I have been digging through my old photos (that yes, pre-date digital ones) to find photos I have of Anita and the amazing Wood family but I came up empty. Going to keep looking. But that doesn’t take away from the vivid memories I have of Anita and how kind she was to me when I dated her daughter Paige. We went through Paige’s passing together – and Anita of course was always more worried about me than herself, yet I know her heart was crushed. As noted in these tributes, her sense of humor, kindness, gentle heart and loyalty always stood out to me. Even though we didn’t have a lot of contact, I will miss her dearly. God Bless to the Wood family.

  15. Remembering you and Anita in our minds and in our hearts. Love you all.
