Ashlynn Dawn Lisby

Ashlynn Dawn Lisby, 23, and her unborn child tragically died as a result of an automobile accident on May 6, 2020. Ashlynn was born October 15, 1996, in Danville, to Ralph R. Lisby and Angel (Gilbrech).

Ashlynn attended Decatur Central before transitioning to homeschool. She enjoyed keeping up with her friends on social media. Ashlynn had a huge heart and would do anything for anyone – sometimes generous to a fault. Her loving spirit will be fondly remembered by her loving family.

Survivors include her children, Nathaniel, Hazelyn, and Roselyn Lisby; father and step-mother, Ralph Lisby and Janet Yingling; mother, Angel Lisby; sister, Lisa Lisby; step-sister, Stacey Lisby; step-brother, Michael Reed; grandparents, Ralph and Dorothy Lisby, Barbara Smith, Joyce Campbell, Shirley Gilbrech; great grandmother, Pauline Lawson.

A private family service will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at the O’Riley Funeral Home.   2. I only knew Ashlynn for a short time before she passed. She was a sweet girl going through alot but always talked about her babies and how much she loved them. I cared greatly for her and im left lost and heartbroken for such an innocent soul. Rest in peace girl. I know she holding that baby boy close. ~Love
