You are deeply loved by the Sumner family. Brecken will always cherish playing video games with you. Cami will miss your adventurous spirit and big hugs. Blakely will grow up knowing Uncle Gage. You were not just a best friend; you were a brother to Tay and me. Always there when we needed you. Always there to make our kids feel special. We will always remember your jokes and laughter.
Love Ivie, Taylor, Cami, Brecken, and Blakely
Oh Joling, my heart breaks for you and your family. Hugs
I have few words for the loss of Gage. I only remember how proud of him you are and how you spoke often of his college days in Chicago. My heart is sad. I can’t imagine your feelings. May you always remember his gifts in life. Prayers for peace for you and your family.

Gage was one of my best friends in high school. While we drifted apart through the last ten years, he would still check in on me every once in a while, and I cannot believe he is gone. He believed in me back then, more than he ever had reason to. He was like that with everyone. Love you.
It’s always the real ones who go first.
My heart goes out to the family.
(Maddie… I know it’s been a while. I’m here ALWAYS. I mean that.- 719-500-9895 )
My condolences to you all.
Rest easy Gage. ✌🏻🕊️
I’ll never forget your light

Gage,
I will remember you as someone who was always open and loving to others. You always embraced others in a way where they could simply be themselves without judgement and that is such a beautiful quality. I can’t remember a time in school seeing you without a smile on your face. Thinking of you and your family at this time.
Gage,
I’m sorry that it’s taken me a couple days to compose myself. I am beyond devastated at the loss of my brother. I will always love you and cherish the memories that we made together. I will forever miss the drunken phone calls in the middle of the night just to say hi and you love me. I will forever miss watching you being Uncle Gage and playing with my kids. I promise my children will always remember you. I will forever miss the surprise visits that turned into hours of just talking with each other about the past, present, and future. But above all, I will forever miss you, my best friend. I love you buddy.
May his vibrant spirit continue on through those who love him.
I’m keeping you in my thoughts Joling and family.
If anyone in the family needed help with anything, you were there to help unless you were out of town or working. You are one of the family members that never judged me for the past, which in some weird way I think made our connection closer which I always truly appreciated our relationship! I regret not spending more quality time with your household over the years. Our family gatherings will never be the same without you being there physically but I know you’ll be there in spirit. You will be forever missed but never forgotten. Love you always! 💝
