Bertha Rodriguez, 51, of Indianapolis, passed away on June 2, 2024. Born on June 6, 1972, in Tala, Jalisco, Mexico, Bertha's life was marked by her dedication to caring for others and her infectious laugh that could light up any room.
Bertha married the love of her life, Juan Manuel Rodriguez on November 17, 1990. Together, they built a beautiful family filled with love and laughter – Bertha’s greatest and proudest accomplishment. Bertha was a dedicated wife and mother whose cooking talents were surpassed only by her kind and giving heart.
She was a beloved hair stylist known for cutting the hair of everyone in her family with love and passion. Bertha was not only a hair stylist, but also the designated family "photographer," capturing precious memories that will now be cherished even more dearly. Her fun and goofy sense of humor brought joy to all those around her.
Bertha is survived by her loving husband of 34 years; Juan Rodriguez Sr., Son; Juan (Amanda) Rodriguez Jr., daughter; Brenda (Lars) Rodriguez, parents; Santos & Lourdes Garcia, and brothers; Santos (Roksana) Garcia, Jose Luis (Laura) Garcia, Juan (Fatima) Garcia, Guadalupe (Lupita) Garcia and Gabriel (Claudia) Garcia.
Bertha's family and friends will always remember her for the love she poured into everything she did. Her memory will live on through the lives she touched and the hearts she warmed.
Services to honor and celebrate Bertha Rodriguez's life will be held at St. Patrick Catholic Church (950 Prospect St., Indianapolis, Indiana 46203) on June 7, 2024. A visitation will take place from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM .
