Cathy L. Belter

Cathy L. Belter, 60, Indianapolis, passed away July 16, 2017. Cathy was born March 23, 1957, in Indianapolis, to the late Ernest G. and Ruth (Petty) Summers.

Cathy was a graduate of Warren Central High School and had worked at Bob Evans. She was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels and attended the Emmanuel Church of Greenwood.

Survivors include her former husband and companion, Brian K. Belter; brothers, Stephen (Pam) Summers and Gary (Sheilah) Summers, both of Greenwood; five nieces and nephews; ten great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials are to the Franciscan Hospice House, 8414 Franciscan Lane, Indianapolis, IN 46237 or to the donor’s favorite charity.
