Dallas J. Ryan

Dallas J. Ryan, 38, of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2018. Born in Indianapolis on July 6, 1979, Dallas was the son of the late Joseph Ryan and Charlene (Henry) Evans; his mother survives.

Dallas worked in the construction industry for many years. A loving son, father, grandson, brother, and friend, Dallas’s memory will be cherished by his family and a host of friends.

Survivors include his mother, Charlene (Roy) Evans of Indianapolis; three children, Michael J. Ryan of Indianapolis, Shaylynn J. Rohde of Greenwood, and Dallas J. Ryan, Jr. of Greenwood; his paternal grandfather, Joseph H. Ryan of Indianapolis; and his siblings, John A. Ryan of Indianapolis, Tyler C. Branson of Indianapolis, and Kelsey (Brian) Mendenhall of Greenwood.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of Dallas Ryan from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at the Vineyard Community Church, 512 S. Madison Ave., Greenwood. A memorial service will begin at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday at the church. Care and arrangements are entrusted to the Daniel F. O’Riley Funeral Home, 6107 S. East, Indianapolis.

I knew dallas for 27 years he was an intelligent funny guy with a huge heart he looked out for me when i was new to the southside we had alot of wild memories together we havent seen each other in years i found out he died by seeing an old facebook post by him wishing me happy bday till we meet again dallas i will never forget you
