Jack Lee Hammack passed away Saturday, August 27, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Katherine; daughter, Sandra; sons, Michael and David; 8 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild. Jack was proud to have served his country as a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Services will be held at Daniel F. O’Riley Funeral Home, 6107 S. East St., Indianapolis, IN 46227 on Friday, September 2, 2016 at 11 a.m. with visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
