Guestbook

  1. Dear Kim– we are both SO, SO sorry.  Jimi was such a great guy.  We had so much fun solving the worlds problems over the rickety old fence between our back yard and your woods.  We were just texting with him Monday night– I was down in Miami on business and we got to tour the Hard Rock Stadium so I texted him a picture and told him how “awful” it was.  He texted back and said, “You are in heaven”.  We know Jimi is there now.  We’ll miss him.  Let us know if you need our help with anything.  Peace, Your neighbors Steve and Scott

  2. Kim…I know your heart is broken into pieces. Jimi was an awesome husband to you. If you ever need me to talk I am only a few blocks away. Your mailcarrier Kathy

  3. To the family of Jim, I will remember you and Jim in prayer and as Mass in Rome where I live and word. I remember seeing Jim last year at a gathering that Ray Baker organized at Sacred Heart, and then at Iarias.  May God bless you as you deal with the grief of his passing. Let us trust that he is with God and will be praying for you and all who he loved.   Sincerely,  Michael Perry, Classmate.

  4. Kim, I don’t believe we’ve met.  My first best friend was Jimi.  I grew up in Maywood Manor and Jimi and I had a blast riding our sting-ray bikes and playing music together.  (truth be told Jimi played and I sang and faked that I could play).  Can’t remember the last time I saw Jimi.  We kinda moved on to different clicks once I left St. Ann’s.  Man, my mother sure didn’t like the trouble we’d get into,  but that is youth.  I can only imagine how much fun it would have been to keep in touch, becuse Jimi was so full of life and ideas.  I would have stopped in to pay respects, but I didn’t see the news until my wife sent me the obit in the paper and I was out of town.  Can still see and feel music being played in Mike temple’s garage or the Lingner front porch…(“Eight days and Week”, Louie Louie, Gloria!!!!)  The Beatles had nothing on us.  You have my sympathies.  Terry Lingner
