My favorite memory of Kevin was running into him and Heather at a bar one New Year’s Eve. They were kissing and acting like teenagers enjoying each other and their friends. Heather, I am so heartbroken for you and sorry for your loss. Anne
Gentle. I see that word repeated over and over in these tributes…and honestly, that is the best one word description of Kevin. Kevin was such a positive person. I enjoyed working with him over the last few years and he was always up for drinks with his coworkers (including many funny tales) unless he had a family obligation. Family always came first! Good man, dedicated husband and father and a great friend. He will be deeply missed. Heather, you and the girls are in my prayers.
I am so sorry to hear of Kevin’s passing. I worked with Kevin at Lilly, and he was one of my favorites – always calm, warm and encouraging to everyone, even when dealing with pressing work issues. His quick sense of humor could always bring a smile! He will be missed. Prayers for peace for his loved ones.
As a co-worker of Kevin’s at the start of my career at Lilly, I was immediately struck by Kevin’s warm and helpful nature…and he knew his stuff to boot! Lucky me! This was someone I could pose my “dumb” questions to knowing I’d be met with a patient, thoughtful explanation I could understand. I would soon learn that Kevin worked with my mom at Lilly before I stepped on the scene and she too shared the same sentiments about Kevin. Not only was he a great co-worker but he was someone who was truly interested in others and human connection. He loved to laugh and listened intently. As so many others have said here, he was gentle and full of joy. I am so grateful for having known him. My heart is sick with the news of Kevin’s passing. I pray God brings comfort to all of his friends and loved ones mourning such a great loss.
I knew Kevin from working with him at Lilly. He was fabulous work partner and I will always remember him for his warmth, friendliness, and kindness towards those he worked with. I’m saddened by this loss of a wonderful person and colleague. My condolences for his family. ❤️❤️❤️
Kevin and I worked together on a large project, and he was the most approachable, calm, easy going guy. I knew that if we needed him to make something happen quickly, it would happen. While I rejoice that you are now in the arms of Jesus, I will miss your presence on this Earth.
We pray that you find comfort in the many wonderful memories you share with Kevin. We will miss him.
