L. Jeffrey Fairfield, 53, of Indianapolis, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 29, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Born April 24, 1965 in Detroit, Michigan, Jeffrey was the son of the late Leonard Fairfield and Leticia Campodonico.
Jeffrey received a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. He worked at Amazon for 9 years and was a self-employed entrepreneur in the online shopping industry. Jeffrey proudly served as the Chief Organizer of 2 Meetup groups in Indianapolis.
Survivors include his son, Chandler Fairfield of Ft. Wayne; sister, Lise J. (Bob) Pace of Indianapolis, and his significant other, Karen Morgan of Indianapolis.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of Jeffrey Fairfield from 10:00 a.m. until Noon on Friday, November 2, 2018 at St. Roch Catholic Church, 3600 S. Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Noon on Friday at the church. Final care and arrangements are entrusted to the Daniel F. Dear Family of Mr. Fairfield, I am so very sorry to read of the loss of Jeffrey. Although I did not have the privilege of knowing him personally, it is obvious that he was loved. Death is an enemy (1 Corinthians 15:26), that robs us of our loved ones. However, the Bible promises at Acts 24:15 a resurrection of those who have died. Yes, a time when we can be reunited with our loved ones! I am in a volunteer work, sharing the wonderful promises in the Bible. I want nothing more than to encourage you at this very difficult time.
