Leroy Gray Christopher

Leroy Gray Christopher, 87, Indianapolis, passed away Sunday, October 2, 2016. He was born in Alexandria, Alabama on August 18, 1929 to Austin W. and Anna Belle Phillips Christopher. He served in the US Navy from 1948-50. Leroy worked for PPG Chemical in Texas for 20 years and National Starch for 30 years before retiring. He enjoyed the outdoors and hunting. Leroy attended Grace Point Church in Whiteland, IN. He is survived by his wife, Jean Christopher; children, Dan Douglas Christopher, John David Christopher, Joanie Endicott; brother-in-law, Don Cherry; 4 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at 2 p.m. in Daniel F. O’Riley Funeral Home with visitation at the funeral home beginning at 11 a.m. until the time of service.
