  1. So sorry to hear of the family’s loss. We wanted to attend at least the funeral Mass, but our doctor recommended against it. We will watch it virtually. You are in our prayers. Julia and David Fisher

  2. So very sorry I cannot be there at this difficult time , thoughts and prayers with you. Our family sends you sincere sympthy. Aunt Rita

  3. I have not seen Loretta since the earl fifties. She was three years behind me at St. Mary’s grade school and I got to know her Mom and Dad as they were acive participants at the Church. At the time she had crush on my best friend George Staublin who later passed away in 1987. George was the baby in a family of thirteen children and I believe he was two years older than Loretta. I knew her as a bright, lovely young girl who even then had her eyes on going to college. I have wondered how her life turned out and was surprised to see her obit in the Star. I am happy that she lived such a full life. I mtself went onto college and law school and am at 83 a senior partner in the Dentons Bingham Greenebaum law firm on the circle in Indy. I am so sorry for your loss and wish I could have connected earlier.

  4. I am an old family friend who attended the Mass today for Loretta and met her relatives. I am Dan Byron who was at St. Mary’s Grade School, three years ahead of Loretta. She had a crush on my best friend George Staublin who was 6 ft 3 by the time he was in high school. I knew her to be quite bright and lovely. My family sat three pews in front of Ray and Harriet and our families were prominent members of the St. Mary’s family. I saw the obit on Loretta and felt badly that she was so close to me geographically but I never knew or I would have called and gotten together. I am a senior partner in Dentons Bingham Greenebaum on the circle in Indy. My email is Dan.byron@dentons.com
