Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Worked with Tony at Brybelly for 6 years. We had so many good times and stories. It wasn’t like work but an adventure. He was hard working and smart. So many things we did and shared. Too many to tell. He loved to tease certain employees and had so many friends. He loved Knute and always had Brybellys best interest at heart. He loved to pick long shots at the races and he loved to barter to get a good deal on anything he thought he could make a buck on. RIP my friend

  2. Knute, we are thinking of your during this difficult time. Old National sends our deepest condolences to you and your family.

  3. I sure will miss his delicious tomatoes, late night texts with his always reliable betting information, and I sure hope he accomplished a recent goal of his. We had a helluva great trip to Vegas. Knute and Tricia we are thinking of you guys and your family. Know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

  4. To my friend Tony as we grew up in Whitfield. I got to know Tony, his family, Mom, Dad,Nancy,Linda and Jim through my best friend Charlie. Hood memories of sleepovers, great meals prepared by his Mom, Mary Louise and just being included in his family fun. I salute Tony for his service in the army which gave me the freedom to stand and salute the flag. God bless America, and God bless Tony and his family. Tony is a hero. For Tony: a soldier doesn’t fight because he hates what is in front of him. He fights because he loves what he left behind. By G.K. Chesterton

  5. It is the soldier……not the reporter, who gives us freedom of the press. Not the poet, who gives us freedom of speech. Not the organizer, who has given us freedom to demonstrate. Not the lawyer, who has given us the right to a fair trial. And it is the soldier who salutes the flag and who’s coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag.

  6. So sorry to hear of Tony’s passing. I’m a kid sister to one of Tony’s closest schoolmates, Gene O’Neal. I have such fond memories of Tony stopping by home-always with a smile, sometimes up to mischief, but always a loyal friend. The Lentz and O’Neal families have been friends for generations. My prayers and sympathy goes out to the entire Lentz family. Rose O’Neal Dixon

  7. Many stories shared with Tony at the Knights of Columbus. Enjoyed friendship with his brother Jim as well. Thoughts and prayers, John Madden K of C.
