Michael Alan Cohen, 78, Indianapolis, passed away at Franciscan Health Indianapolis on October 17, 2022. Mr. Cohen was born in Indianapolis on July 14, 1944.
Michael graduated from Plainfield High School in 1962 and furthered his education by graduating from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts and Northwestern University with a major in Accounting. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family, especially during the Holidays.
Michael often would keep to himself. He also loved traveling to Florida and hiking. Michael enjoyed reading, especially the Wallstreet Journal. He enjoyed cards and games with friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Irving Cohen M.D. & Jane (Servies) Cohen, grandparents, Joseph Cohen and & Nelda Paul.
Survivors include his brother, Lawrence Cohen M.D. and sister-in-law Nicole Cohen; sister Sara Cohen Garson and brother-in-law Ronald Garson M.D.

The whole Cohen family was dear to us. Your dad was our family doctor and the best doctor in my lifetime. You were a stellar classmate, and a gift to know.
