Full of life and school spirit, Morgan was a 2013 graduate of Perry Meridian High School where she played volleyball and was a member of the National Honor Society. During her high school years, she worked at Monument Circle in the Soldiers and Sailors Monument and the Indiana War Memorial. A true explorer, Morgan enjoyed working summer jobs outside of Indiana; her latest adventure, last summer, took her on a tour of Europe where she visited Greece, Ireland, Spain, and Italy. A loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and true friend to everyone, Morgan got a great amount of joy out of building meaningful relationships with others. I didn’t know Morgan but I worked recently with her mother, LeeAnn, who is one of the kindest individuals I have ever had the fortune to meet. It sounds like in Morgan’s tragically short time with us she touched many lives. My thoughts and prayers are with Morgan’s family – Morgan will be missed.
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time of sorrow and pain. I did not have the honor of meeting Morgan in person, but I know John was so proud of her. She did so much good during her much too short time here on earth. May you take comfort in the knowledge that she will always remain in your hearts and memories, not only of yourselves, but in all of those hearts she touched while here on this earth. My deepest, heartfelt condolences.

John and Family…..You’re definitely in my prayers….I shed tears with you and I pray every day for comfort to be sent your way.
A thousand questions on why or what if have come to my mind, since hearing off your loss Morgan. I have received not one answer that brings peace or makes sense. I can only pray now , that the love, joy, adventure and smiles that you brought to your family in your 22 short years, will somehow sustain them and in time thoughts of you, will bring happiness and laughter, not the feeling of immeasurable pain, and sorrow that only a parents heart can feel when their angel is off to heaven before them.
Be the angel in heaven as you were here on earth. May your spirit guide family and friends to revel in your wonderful life and not let the last moments of your physical being, be their focus for surely that would be a tragedy.
I chose a Cowboy symbol for you. Surely, you would have given roping a chance while in Montana being an adventurous girl. I do believe you would have looked adorable wearing a ten gallon cowgirl hat.
Rest in peace sweet girl.
