A love letter from Mark:
Sharon Kay has gone away. She is my wonderful, amazing lovely and charming wife. She’s the love of my life. She’s the light of my life. She’s my sweetheart, my one and only love, and my life long best friend. Sharon Kay was taken away to be with God whom she dearly loved. She will live with me forever in my memories and that, that she left behind. I will love her for ever and ever. I was graced with the joy to be her husband, and I will live to my death in the wonderment that she actually married me.
-Mark
At U Indy’s BUILD Program, Sharon exemplified the ‘keep calm and carry on’ atttitude. On a cold, rainy day last year, as I was walking to work, Sharon drove by. She stopped and picked me up.
I met Sharon while she was visiting Melissa in Turkey. We had such fun together! The day I remember most was the one spent with our Turkish friend Memhet. Since then I was fortunate enough to see Sharon during some of her visits to South Carolina. She was a special lady and will be missed. Rhonda Smith
Melissa & Lenny. Prayers & hugs to you and all your family
Sharon is my friend. We taught catechism to the children at Holy Rosary together, that is how I met Sharon. One day she came to me looking for her bag, it was on her shoulder. I knew we were meant to be friends! We took a pilgrimage together to Lourdes, Fatima and Santiago de Compostella along with a group from Holy Rosary. She was always a lot of fun! I always looked forward to seeing her and talking about our families, what was happening in the Church and various other topics. I will miss her terribly! And I look forward to seeing her in heaven. I love you Sharon.
Melissa, Our thoughts and prayers are with you and yours. Much love, Chrystal
