My condolences to Mrs. Bridgewater’s family. I’m sorry to hear she passed. I was in her class at St. Mark. She was a wonderful teacher, but I’m sure our Class of ‘79 gave her a few gray hairs. She always dressed nicely and had a smile to share with her students. She was a good one!
With loving memories of Susan Bridgewater,
Mrs. Bridgewater was my 5th grade teacher at St Mark. She was a wonderful person and teacher. Definitely one of my favorites! So many memories that I will cherish.

Although I knew Susie from St. Roch grade school, as an adult we became more acquainted when our family lived next door to her dear mother, Rosemary, for over 30 years. The joy and pride she had for her family was ever present, even through the health struggles she endured. To Gary, Jill, Jarrod, Paige, and Julia, we send our condolences for your loss. But Susie’s joy is now complete as she revels in the presence of Christ with her parents and sister while watching over you all these days.
