Trinton James Wright

Trinton James Wright, 19, Indianapolis, passed away July 18, 2020. Trinton was born July 27, 2020, in Indianapolis, to Chastity Marie Wright and Joshua James Lewis, Sr., who both survive.

Trinton attended Perry Meridian High School and most recently enjoyed his job as a cook at the Waffle House on Lynhurst. He enjoyed camping and playing basketball with his friends and cousins. Trinton had a great sense of humor and was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. His outgoing personality and smile could brighten any room. Trinton’s memory will be forever cherished by his loving family and many friends.

He was preceded in death by an infant son, Brayden William Lee Wright.

Survivors include his mother, Chastity Wright; father, Joshua James Lewis, Sr.; grandmothers, Tina Wright and Mary McCombs; grandfather, Jimmy Lewis; brothers, Joshua James Lewis, Jr., Thomas Jacob Davis, Steven Shane Lewis, Andrew James Lewis; sisters, Heaven Bryan and Kaijah Stegemoller; a large extended family of aunt, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 23, 2020, 4 to 7 p.m., at the O’Riley Funeral Home, 6107 S. East Street, Indianapolis. Funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. Visit www.ORileyFuneralHome.com to share a favorite memory or to sign the online guest registry.

  4. I’m gonna miss telling you how one of your lil brothers did whatever to get in trouble at school. Then the next time you would see them, you would put them in a wrestling move until they gave up. I’m gonna try my best to keep them in line. I know it was important to you for them to do well school. You were just that kind of big brother. I’m going to miss your laugh and your smile. You will forever live in our hearts!

  5. My favorite memory was our thanksgiving/christmas together. Only the second time meeting you and we had all the siblings over. I definitely think that was my favorite. By then I wasn’t too awkward and really enjoyed seeing everyone and having a great dinner with all of you guys. love you.
