Uldis Alberts Veilands, 68, Indianapolis, passed away August 4, 2018, while residing at Westside Healthcare. Uldis was born December 23, 1949, in Leeds, England, to the late Egons and Elza Veilands.
He served in the United States Army and was a self-employed auto mechanic through the years, a trade he learned from his late father.
Survivors include two cousins, Inese Coelho and Dzintra Wild.
